7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Hi paji platform. Engaging in any of them will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of all balances.

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Organized betting activity aimed at abusing bonus offers.
• Using software, bots, or any automated system to place bets.
• Match fixing or any other fraudulent activity.
• Using the platform for money laundering.
• Harassing other members or attempting to compromise the security of the platform.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Hi paji may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• In cases of significant delay in providing KYC information.
• In cases of suspicious financial activity.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion or account deletion).

If an account is closed at the user's request, any remaining balance will be returned after all bonuses have been forfeited. If closed at Hi paji's discretion, the balance may be held pending completion of an investigation.

9Responsible Gaming Policy
